“ Fantastic new store. Easy access off 288 and Highway 6. Big open parking lot is RV and trailer friendly. This store has tons of prepared food rotisserie chicken, sushi, sandwiches, wings, and a lot more, both hot and cold. The pharmacy is big and extremely well stocked. Pretty amazing selection of beer and wine. I didnt try it but the fresh baked smell coming out of the bakery was very tempting. There is a gas station out front so as a travel stop this place can provide your fuel, your prepared meals, and your groceries all in one stop. Almost forgot to mention when is the grocery store too. . I mean its HEB so lots of selection, fully stocked fresh produce department, and the meat selection is about the best around. Ill do a separate review of the true Texas barbecue attached to the front of the store, but the bottom line is its excellent. So will this HEB replace Kroger as my daily go to? It wont, because of the fuel points that Kroger does, but when I want a really nice shopping experience with better meat, better produce, better fresh foods, and more grocery options, this is the place. ”
“ HEB claims to support educators, The school we have worked for, for the past few weeks, has been permitted by their management team to pick up and drop off students using their extra area in the parking lot. This morning we received a message from their General Manager that as of today, He didnt want us or the parents on their property. He stated that if we were caught on the property, they would call the police and issue a CT for either of us. I have uploaded pictures to let you see how much extra area they have thats not been used. I also spoke to Corporate but she wasnt much help. Currently, we have over 25 campuses in the Dallas, Fort Worth, and Houston areas and have supported HEB for largeparty trays and food for our school events but after this move from this location, there will be a change. 09082024 The following day I was contacted by HEB to discuss the post and situation. It was discovered that what took place was not the action or response form and HEB employee but rather the property owner they lease from. So let me apologize for the post and my response. If it was up to HEB we would still be using the property. So please staff and families lets keep supporting HEB and their team. Please accept my apology! ”

“ I love the new HEB in Manville it is it is a lot bigger than the one in Alvin and has a whole lot more products. I can get all my groceries there instead of having having to shop at both Walmart and HEB. And I just love their soup bar. They loaded potato and cheese and broccoli are my favorite. They are definitely worth trying if you havent yet. ”
“ Great Store and Excellent Addition to the neighborhood! The Produce is fresh and abundant, as is the seafood and meat selections. For that matter the Bakery and Deli are well stocked too. Everything in the store is inviting and plentiful. The prices are good and the specials are abundant. Sundays you can find lots of foods and beverages to sample as you shop, plus they have 1 completely free item just for stopping in. If youre lucky, youll meet Jill she dishes out samples and is just the friendliest person, she really takes pride in her job and makes you feel welcomed. Huge parking lot and the they need it for all the customers. But checkout gets you out really quickly whether its a cashier checking your basket full or doing self serve, they all do it in a friendly, efficient and accommodating manner. Enjoy! ”
“ I so enjoyed listening to all the laughter from your cashiers and music from your sound system. Your store was clean everyone was helpful. Put me in a good mood. So much life and excitement. I had been sick for 3 days. Finally felt well enough to go pick up a few things with doctors approval to go shopping. Im glad I stopped at your HEB. Thank you. One of the reasons I stopped shopping at Walmart is they did away with cashiers and it seems so lifeless now. ”

“ I have eaten at the BBQ place several times. I cant get the app to work to preorder so I have order on site and wait a minute but the bbq has always been great. I usually go by around lunch time. ”
